What is the minimum amount of time a sheriff’s candidate should live in the county he is running for, and what is the minimum amount of time they should be employed by that county’s law enforcement agency in order to be voted into the position?
If that isn’t a good question, then how about each candidate give the time they have in the county as a citizen and Boundary County law enforcement officer.
What were the factors that caused you to consider running for the office, and what factors caused you to move from considering it to declaring your candidacy?
Question 2:
As an elected official what practical steps will you take to insure that your ability to enforce law equitably is not compromised by the political process?

What is your law enforcement experience and location and/or entity where you have been employed, length of time (per department if more than one), rank i.e., patrolman, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Chief or Sheriff? What commendations have you received during your time in law enforcement, what department and when were they for? Have you ever had a complaint against you that was substantiated and action was taken against you and the reason, year, and location for the action? Do you have any issues with women serving in law enforcement as officers or deputies? If so, why? Have you ever spent any length of time serving or working in a dispatch center? Why do you believe you would be the best Sheriff for Boundary County?
-What do are there thoughts about the Federal Gov?
-Will they bend over and get cucked by the FED Gov if the Feds want to do something? Or will they ban them?
-If they ban the Feds, will they backup the people of the county that decide to not pay Fed taxes? Provided state taxes are still paid?
-Will they uphold the constitution of the United States of America no matter what before other rules, ordnances, laws from the county, state, fed level?
-Will they protect Americans rights that choose to operate in the private vs the public?
-What humbly makes you qualified for this appointment over your running mates?
How do you plan on addressing the threat of federal agency overreach into our County especially regarding potential upcoming gun control? And how do you plan to solve the increase in drug trafficking, illegal aliens and illegal border crossings?
Hey,
what experience do you have in mental health crisis de-escalation that does not create a violent outcome? And, if not, will you be willing to train yourself and your force and commit to non-violent methods when confronting someone in crisis? (or, just stupid, drunk, etc.).
What will your community/county outreach be to insure we all get to know you, face to face and can recognize you out in our community?
How will you approach law enforcement in the growing population in Boundary County? Change will need to be considered in your approach to policing, with a different demographic and changing values, agreed?
With the aqusition of the old safeway store by the county , this gives up some unique options for jail expansion or upgrades with existing buildings already owned by the county . Any thoughts ?
What experience do you have responding to crimes against children? What successes and failures have you had relating to this topic? What do you feel the role of law enforcement is when responding to calls involving Idaho’s Child Protection Act? How do you plan to work cooperatively with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare & the Boundary County Prosecutor to ensure child safety?
What practical approaches can be taken in Boundary County to increase morale of police officers and other first responders amid persisting challenges such as violence against officers and media portrayal?
Boundary County is the home of a National tragedy played out in “Ruby Ridge:” the wrongful framing, prosecution, and fateful acquisition of a then-alleged criminal by a federal government occupation and not the local sheriff department accountable to its constituency. The sheriff at the time of Randy Weaver acquiesced his authority to the Federal Government bent on making an example of the Weavers. What would you have done in this situation? What would be your response to an even more corrupt and feral Federal Government?
How would you respond to mask/vaccine mandates if asked to enforce them in the future? Would you strictly enforce mandates/laws you personally feel are unethical or unconstitutional?
I second this question and would like to ask each candidate if they are or have ever been associated with the Muslim Brotherhood, the Illuminati, or the Kings of Leon. And if so, what are their thoughts on the recent UFO disclosures by the Pentagon involving illegal aliens on our eastern and subterranean borders, not to mention the vaccines which are being used to implant nanobots into the library books.
What are your views on the Idaho and US Constitutions and how will you uphold them? Specifically pertaining to the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Amendments of the Bill of Rights.

Should taxation be labeled whereto or here for and when the Sheriff exercises his legal amendation to the state of the Conical members?
Ask them if they believe in the constitutionally protected Right To Travel?
Will you turn over illegals who have committed crimes to ICE?

I would like each candidate to describe their ties to Boundary County. Family history, community involvement
If a bus load, or loads of illegals (undocumented) were to arrive in town, what would you do?

What do you see as the biggest criminal threats facing Boundary County and what do you plan to accomplish as County Sheriff?
Will you please ask each candidate if he is a born again believer in Jesus Christ and if he is connected with Free Masonry? Thank you so much!
